- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red and green candy-coated chocolate candies
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat until it reaches a boil.
- Stir constantly for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the syrup over the popcorn and mix until evenly coated.
- Add the candy-coated chocolates and mix gently.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape into balls using your hands.
- Place the popcorn balls on parchment paper to set.
