Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup golden syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup red bean paste
- 1/2 cup salted egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix flour, golden syrup, vegetable oil, and water to form a dough.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and shape into a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
