Ingredients

- Butter: 150g
- Red bean paste: 100g

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and icing sugar.
- Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar.
- Fold in the almond mixture.
- Pipe circles onto a baking sheet.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before filling with red bean paste and buttercream.
- Decorate with matcha powder and food coloring.
