  • Granulated sugar: 50g
  • Butter: 150g
  • Red bean paste: 100g
  • Matcha powder: 5g
  • Food coloring: Red and Gold

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour and icing sugar.
  3. Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar.
  4. Fold in the almond mixture.
  5. Pipe circles onto a baking sheet.
  6. Let them rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let cool before filling with red bean paste and buttercream.
  9. Decorate with matcha powder and food coloring.
